Who likes to play chess?

I love to play chess and I have been playing on this site Play Online Chess on GameKnot!

You sign up and make a game and you make your move and when someone sees a game available they will join the game and make a move.

The site will notify you of your opponents move and you go back and make another move. You can set how long the have to make a move. I have my moves set at 3 days to make a move.

I just thought I would just make a thread for anyone who likes to play chess and but cant sit there all day waiting for an opponent and then wait for them to make a move.

3 days for a move? I can't even imagine how long a game would take.

I love chess, but this is not a good way to enjoy that hobby.

you can make it as long or as short as you want. I leave mine at 3 days because I do have other things to do than wait for others to make a move.

It doesnt mean you wait every 3 days to make your move that is the time limit I have set for them to make theirs. If they do not make a move in 3 days they timeout and you win.

yeah, but there's no glory in winning a game by default.....have to tell step-son that a lot. When the other team doesn't show, they all cheer that they won! I just don't get it.....
