Thanks TK for calling to check on me this morning....

We did have the sirens go off twice last night 'TORNADO WARNINGS".

So what can you do ?? No basement. No storm shelter (that I know of) I doubt I would get in my car to try to find one.....lol

So I just went to bed..... read some of Steven King.... got sleepy, rolled over and when I woke up this am..... started a new day.

I will have to admit tho..... I had a thought re/ Greensburg..... hummmmm I think, hope its not a Greensburg thing. LOL

You can go to your nearest shelter: IE School/Church etc and seek shelter. You can take Stephen King w/ you to read.

Thank goodness you are ok there. Have been seeing reports on tv this morning, and was major destruction and terrible loss of life so far in the region. Glad to hear you are fine.

To tell you the truth I don't see how a tornado could figure out where to touch down in this town.

Its all hills and knobs they call them. Part of the Appachalian chain. This is a rugged area and hopefully that matters.

Army I checked where Ft Campbell and its not that far from here (as the crow flys...lol ) But as you drive.............who knows.

Do you live in a trailer? They seem to have a bullseye painted on them when it comes to tornado's.

No mobile home thank God. They do seem to draw a tornado for some reason.

I live in a triplex and in the center apt. I don't know if that helps or not.

Wow, the news from the storm ravaged areas just seems to keep getting worse. After spending many days in Greensburg (Ks) my heart goes out to all the people there. Stay safe jeezeeeeeeeeee.

Wow is all I can think of. So glad you're safe, Weeze. Wouldn't be the same without you. I was thinking of Greensburg, too.

You did the right thing by not worrying, Weeze. When we worry about something, it usually comes to pass in one way or other.
