UPDATE:

Gamestop's District manager called me back! He must have gotten one of mine or your messages! He apologized profusely for the actions of the staff at Garden City and for not getting back sooner. He said the return policy is in place for ppl trying to scam them which he said isn't the case in this situation. He asked me what date I could make it to the Garden store, and told me that he would talk to them, and they will be expecting me. He also gave me his cell phone number in case I had anymore problems.

Apparently the number the store gave me was a different store number, and not the actual one for this guy. He must have gotten the complaint via the website.

Justice is served! Thanks for your calls and help!
