Dang! I'll bet it's gone by now, but I'd much rather had a mustang.

Oh well, I'm still enjoying the crap out of driving the Camaro, and T-Tops will be fun come summer time.

I had a 94 Detector. I loved driving it, but had a lot of trouble with the T-tops leaking. Finally, got rid of it and bought a Ford. Driving with the T-tops out in the Summer was a blast. Made a lot of road trips.

Detector, I think I know that Mustang from Norton, and I know the owner. You probably got a better deal with the Camaro.

I'm really starting to like the Camaro the more I drive it.

I did find out the fun way it does have posi-trac

I put it on a lift today to get a look at the bottom side. Even the mechanic said everything looks original and you could never tell it didn't come with the LT1 V8. They seem to have done a very nice job

Looks nice D, when I come to town next time you'll have to give me a ride in it and show me how it runs.

Detector -

I think you made a great buy - anchored by your research!! I'd lose the stripes and give it a great paint scheme, maybe a pearl color to match the interior, subtle. It'll be a good ride, although I agree with Highway - check the rest of the components to assure this thing can hold together. Super buy at $2K...but gotta wonder what you don't know about the car????

Hey Dustin, I might bring it down to Shea's wedding.

I'm thinking about getting its history from Carfax or one of the others. The odd thing is when I put the VIN number in at Carfax is says there are 15 entries. When I put in the VIN number at the other car history places, they say there are 30 entires.

Someone suggested it might have been a highway patrol chase car/Interceptor, But I can't see them getting one with T-Tops.
