It's been a while but I have reason to believe that a Dr. here in town bought it or shall I say plans to by it...The papers "Order of Sale" are still at the S.O. and the deputy that handels that intends to sell "All' at the location sale.
Mrs. Marshal (Shelby) went to work at the "Dude" ranch in Wichita that went belly up. trying to get a new start there

Mike Casey and Carl Leatherwood bought it. Mike got the house and Carl got the arena. The arena backs up to the house he just bought on Matt Down.
