If he moves out of the house won't she be able to charge him with leaving her and the child. Can't think of that word they use for that. Think I'm having a senior moment. Good luck

It’s more sane than racing motorized barstools.

Muffy: I don't doubt abything you have said, but, we only have info about 'her' from you, the mother-in-law. I am sure that you don't know what happened in the house between your son and her.

Sorry, but it seems that this whole board has jumped against her just from your opinions

I can sympathize with her. I have been the 'bitch' Daughter-in-law. If only their son wasn't so perfect. HAHAHA

I am, though, with him 28 years later. See what they know about our life.

Your son might be your son, but don't think he is perfect. As others have said, IT TAKES TWO. And both must at some point be the one giving 100% when the other is being selfish. Admit it, we have ALL been there before, on both sides, right?

Good point Jolly..........there is one differance: the daughter-in-law in question wants HIM to move out. If he was causing so much angst, she would move out herself but instead wants him out so she can stay in the house. When someone wants to be seperated, in my own opinion and some experience, but not permanantly (sic) it is because they are wanting to test the waters, usually after already swimming for awhile.

Is she leaving the baby with him? I would think that it would be hard to move out with baby (2/3's of the house). I understand your point of view, but remember, in a divorce, there is ALWAYS 3 sides to the story...his, hers and the truth.

Don't you think his mother-in-law is telling a different story? Because she is being told something different.

Hey, the only reason I am seeing it from both sides is because I have worked for attorneys that do divorces since 1987.

SHE wants HIM out NOW!

I can see getting rid of the racing mowers but this reeks of planned well in advance on her part.

She wants an even split. She gets all the stuff and he gets the bills.

Time to lawyer up and hit her hard and fast.
