That probably works for about everyone. I haven't looked...are oil stocks doing poorly? How are the stocks doing poorly if they are making umteen billion a quarter? I'm dumb on this I guess.

Oil stocks are doing very well, it's just a bad time to buy them. They are at an all time high. Wait until they are priced lower to buy. Simple enough?

Sure...even I can understand that...so you don't think they will continue to go up?

Practice due diligence and act on that. Will oil go higher? Will gold go higher? Who knows. They are at all time highs now, so I am avoiding them. Use your own reasons to buy or sell.

So if someone still owes back taxes, will this be garnished? or will it be a real stimulas check they want you to spend with merchants?

The rebate will be applied to back taxes first. Any money left will then be sent out.

So they keep telling me. Latest is I owe taxes from 2001. I've learned you can't argue with the IRS. Even if you do have proof.
