| Haiku contest A haiku is a traditional Japanese poem generally consisting of 3 lines of 5 sylables 7 sylables 5 sylables Example: A mourning dove cries From it's nest high in the tree It waits for it's mate The contest will run until Friday 3:00 Central time at which point I will choose a winner. Winner will get the title of Haiku champion for the month of May, an autographed picture of Tony Clams (priceless) and bragging rights to all the world. Here's mine... My tee shot, eight iron Can I carry the water? Concentric circles
