| It is better to... Some of the most recent threads, and responses, reminded me of a quote from one of my favorite writers, Mark Twain. It goes like this... It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt. Well, I thought I would start a thread and ask what your favorite "It is better to..." quote would be. Let me start. Another of my favorite quotes that begins "It is better to..." is by Gandhi. "It is better to be violent, if there is violence in our hearts, than to put on the cloak of nonviolence to cover impotence". That one just kind of makes me laugh. HAHA Now, lets see what you can come up with.

| "It's better to bitch and eat the donuts." - Craig Secord Story behid this one is when I was in college we all went out to a donut shop after a night of partying. Craig was the consumate comedian. His donut was stale and we all said send it back. He said that he'd rather sit and bitch about it and eat the damn thing. If he sent it back he'd have nothing to bitch about. This became our mantra for accepting the situation and not doing anything about it. RIP Craig.
