| I've got my process all figured out except for the delivery to the engine, and I've got some idea on it I've just got to do some research.
I'm thinking about testing it on my Camaro. I know I've got to isolate the cathode(+) because thats the side that produces the hydrogen. The other side(anode(-)) produces oxygen which can be simply vented off. I'm thinking either lead or platinum for the contacts. Platinum works best but cost a heck of a lot more than smashing up a car battery for the lead.
A few potential problems I have found is that you need to trick your vehicles computer, if it has one, in to thinking it's running rich and not lean. Also, I've learned that setting your timing to TDC(top dead center) will boost your mileage quite a bit. Some have suggested if you can run at 0'TDC you could, theoretically, get 100mpg.
I think an older car would be much easier to experiment with. That must be why most people are experimenting with 1984's and older. You don't need to mess with the computer.
