Smoking Ban

So don't come near me anymore lol. I guess I can agree on some of that yes we do seem to forget there are nonsmokers in the area. Us smokers need to learn to be more sensitive to your needs but, you put that ban on smokers you are gonna have a whole bunch of rage induced guys and gals and then your gonna need that freaking gun ban also. Keep it up.

No we have the right to bare arms so that when we pass the smoking ban and you smokers freak out we can defend ourselves lol

Now that is messed up man. I don't even know what to say to that. What about smokers rights or are they not alowed since we are commiting suicide?

Well it's a fine line to walk I understand the need for a smoking ban, because otherwise a lot of smokers don't care about the rights of non-smokers. But on the other hand I don't like laws that limit anybody's freedoms.

Yes because it's the only one of the amendments i remember lol Freedom is the only thing worth fight for, worth dying for, and we all have the right to smoke just as non smokers have the right to reach to your left and smack the guy smoking next to you and tell him to blow the other way.

Yes but if we exercise the right to punch or smack a smoker, then we also have the right to remain silent....you know the rest lol

Well Dustin you could always walk up to them and politely ask them to move away from your area. LOL I am sure they will listen all smokers are nice people.

Your right, this is a hard subject. I guess for me since I am a smoker I don't agree with the ban. Actually it scares me, I don't know of any smoker who could actually handle it.
