Isn’t that how fear mongering works?

By way of it being a personal choice it is.

The good Righties on this board Don't want some laws becasue it takes away their personal freedoms and their ability to choose or the business owner's right to choose.

What about health codes? Should they be removed? if you don't like the establishment's method of handling your food shouldn't you just go somewhere else that does it better?

Why should pot be illegal? It does less damage than a night of drinking to the body and it's a personal choice so why should it be illegal?

It's not heroine and it's ingested like tobacco, so I've been told, so why do you think those laws are OK but keeping smokers from polluting me in public isn't?

So when I choose to eat chicken it's like using heroin? Ooook!

If I don't like the establishment's method of handling my food, I do just go somewhere else. Health codes pertain to the business not patrons. I do believe a business owner should have the right to tell their employees they can't smoke around their patrons or food they offer.

I don't think it should be illegal. The only reason it is, is because the government makes no revenue off it.

Smoking a cigarette doesn't make you want to go rob someone, steal a car or go whacked. Not even close.

I've been around smokers and I've also been around people that begged the question: ~I am sure whatever cologne you are wearing is really nice in small doses, so why are you marinating in it?~

why should a retail estabilshment that sells food and drink be allowed to chose whether or not to allow smoking when one that sells beer and bait cannot chose. lets level the playing field.

I think it should be the choice of ANY business to allow smoking or not. Just as it is the choice of anyone to use that business or not. I was using the restaurant as an example because thats what had been mentioned.

I think making pot illegal was one of the stupidest ideas yet. I honestly believe smoking pot is far less dangerous and damaging ti society than drinking.
