Mail & More

I have been using this place lately to send packages and I have got to say that I really like these people. For one, the last package I sent was $2.00 cheaper than the Post Office, service was much more friendly, parking was more conveinant, everything about it was more conveinant!!!! They do it all for you, they have the box, they pack it and they send it, what more do you need? They also have other services for your conveinance. I think everyone needs to give this place a try, I love it!

Mail & More
1811 West Wyatt Earp
620-227-6083

They also rent U-Hauls 620-227-2727

I have used that place a couple of times...to include the uhaul service and I agree with you 100%. Maybe they should manage Applebees too! Do you have a friend or relative that works there?

I have to chime in and say I agree. I use them quite often and they are the friendliest business people in town. I wish every business treated me like they do.

The Mail 'n More Stores up here are the best! If I'm not wrong, they're all individually owned - so there's no exec in the sky calling the shots. And they're more mom 'n pop-type places. I hope it's a success there - I know the Mail 'n More up here has much, much better hours than the post office!!!

I know a girl that works there that was an old aquaintance, and her parents own it now, I thought they were so friendly and helpful and the prices were awesome so I thought I would tell everyone else to try the place. Tell everyone to!

Ditto. I had to send an expensive shadow box to California. It got there in one piece. They looked around at different shipping options and gave the me the one with the best service. It was probably more expensive, but my mind was at rest knowing it would get there. They boxed, packed and shipped. Great service. Thanks Roger!! (absolutly no relation to the Jolly Roger)

Same here. I have used USPS and its less than what I expected. Not just slow, but unfriendly and really slow. I think Mail N More is a prime example of good friendly service.

Just the other day I mentioned I was taking something to Mail N More and was told USPS would be cheaper, my response was I don't care!

I have used M&M for years - for all the same reasons. Just goes to show what a little customer service can do.......... They have been in business a long time and apparently know how to stay that way.

they are on my 'boycott-list'

Maybe my experience with them was an isolated case. They forgot to ship some stuff out for me and it laid around there in back for almost a week- some CD's

Yes, they were nice about it though, but the damage was done- I had people waiting on overnight packages that never arrived.

Plus, I thought they were way too expensive. The price for using UPS was double what the local UPS office charged. Now I just go to UPS.

Is this place under different mgt than they were a couple of years ago? Maybe I need to give them another chance....

I was kinda thinking the same thing Tee. I knew the owners. I know they had it up for sale, but I dont' know if they ever did. Service seemed to be decent, but when it came to prices, they were way to high. I never knew you could mark up stamps, but they were. IMO, Service and hours good, prices bad. If the UPS office was open better hours, it might be a little different, but I'd rather take it to the office, or pay for shipping online, and have pickup, or drop off.
