People dying at the hospital

Sorry to say, but this has been happening here for quite some time. Not sure that it has always been MRSA, but Staph problems have been a continuing saga.

Bubba I have heard this, and know of of the gentleman that died from it. he went in for an issue with his back....and he died in the hospital from the staph infection....

Yeah they were trying to send the gentleman to Wichita, but as they were trying to send him, he passed....they frickin waited too long.

My daughter has been going there for her internship for the last 2 years and she said she would never go there for nothing again...Good luck Dodge City

Ummm thats NOT a good sign when an intern says they wouldnt go there. That is definetely a professional opinion looking from the outside in. She has no bones to pick there...so its pretty disturbing that even she wouldnt go there. Good job Western Plains...you put the FEAR in people that need to seek medical attention.!

I would rather take my chances in driving to another hospital than to go to the 1 here. Just my opinion.

Have a lot of friends that look pretty good after being treated here.

Am more worried about the drunks trying to drive but that

makes more money

I heard that the infection actually was at the Surgical Center but that they had passed at the hospital
