| If the link is entirely visible you can prolly just highlight then copy and paste it; but I'd hover over it > right click > copy shortcut. Then paste it.

| If it's not visible, just click on it to open the page and then copy it from the address bar (control-c) and then paste it into a post (control-v) or use the link button in the post (world with a paperclip) to paste it into the post.
