I can't get this feature to work and I really want it to. Help me please.

Are you clicking the "Play this station" button?
You also need to first select the line that reads "Dodge City Police/Sheriff" too.

Lurker, after you click “play this station”, should you see it show up on the right side under where it says “currently playing”? Mine doesn’t and I never could get it to work.

on the right hand side (on mine) I get the funky lines and colors like a media player even though no traffic I still get the lines and colors.

My "Currently Playing" screen has a flat line that oscillates when there is radio traffic. The flat line disappears when Stop is selected.

No, just blank. Maybe time to refer to admin?

Mine says the song is "Dodge City Police"....... If yours is blank I'd ask Admin.

I just thought of something else...do you have a firewall program like ZoneAlarm or the McAffee firewall? If so, shut down the firewall while you try to listen to the vBRadio, if that doesn't get it working for you then you will need somebody with more skills than me......
