I am not sure why Sniper put this area up, yet I can see and elaborate after investigation 4 ways the college administration is ruining lives. 1. Harassment of students;2. Failing to provide a quality education and a hostile learning environment for the students in the Nursing program; 3. Harassment of faculty and staff making for a toxic heavily stressed working environment; and 4. A witch hunt to destroy Danny Gillum at taxpayer expense while trying to blame him for the fallout in the nursing program and for future failures that I am told could be well on the way for accredidation.

This can all be laid at the feet of President Harold Nolte, Adam John, and certain accomplices like Bev Tammat. This can also be laid at the feet of all board members save Terry Malone. All 4 seem connected to a great degree to getting the college to fail and placing it online. What the FHSU stand up crowd could not do the first time, they have rebooted and tried college destruction 2.0. I have done the research and can elaborate on each one of the items.

Adding to this general list and to the loss of experienced personnel I am hearing that Vice President Anthony Lyons is "retiring". Retiring is in quotation because it was be fired or a forced resignation in July. The reason I am hearing is the least believable idea of all that he was insubordinate?!!

Now it seemed to me watching him on TV he was toeing the Nolte/John line and acting like a good military man to the point of kissing there rear end openly in public. My experiences with him in the community over many years, is that even if I do not like what I saw on TV recently he was if nothing else honest and would not desert that basic principle to fail to speak up in private when others were not around. He would also seem to always do his job to the best of his abilities no matter what else was going on. So this forced retirement based on an idea he was insubordinate seems ludicrous and so outlandish that I believe most in the community will say this is made up. Yet again, it is not.

This brings me back to an old premise. Since Anthony Lyons is the only person who knows anything about the Helicopter program, navigating the Veterans Administration, and the man that owns the helicopters, are they trying to destroy the program and the cash stream it brings in. This was one of the main programs that could not be addressed by the stand up for education crowd. This seems to be another brick in the wall of their attempts to bring down DCCC.

It does seem like some are noticing as 15 people have signed up for the board election so there will be a primary in August to determine which 8 candidates will go on. It seemed that only 4 of the 15 were Nolte/John supporters. The other 11 were seeing a need to change the terrible situation that now exists and threatens the school and our communities opportunity to allow for an affordable local education option.

Wow, how many assumptions can you pack in one post? Have you considered maybe you are wrong on all accounts?

I can confirm that Lyons is being forced to resign in July. He is standing in the way of Nolte & John's plan of destroying DCCC.

Maybe he screwed up. Plan to destroy DCCC? What motive would there be for that? Isn't that where their paycheck comes from?

Well if they run it into the ground, than the state regents will step in , allow another college to take over then, Nolte and Johns get the credit of saving the school, they become local hero's, and get a big contract with golden parachute severance in private negotiations, then they get the next board to terminate them , move to another school starts the process over getting paid twice because of the golden parachute provisions of the DCCC deal. Liberals capitalism 101!

Quite the conspiracy. You spend a lot of energy creating 1% probability scenarios.

VP Lyon was forced out. Accused of insubordination!! Wow are you kidding me.......just one more of the long term employees that are not drinking the koolaid so they are forced out. You better know that a FHSU partnership is still in play. Wake up people get out and vote for a new board to get this under control or Dodge City will not have a college of any kind. (unless you love the thought of paying taxes for an online college)! The college has lost more than 26 people in the last 9 months, that doesn't "just happen".

You can say it as many times as you want to convince yourself, but you better wake up and smell the "coffee" or you may be next...........just like the other 26........

Maybe things were that big of a disaster when Nolte came in.

Not a f-ing chance. Nolte came in and created a hostile work environment. Have you done any research on any of the places he "came" from? The man is a walking s**t storm.

I think over time you are seeing the dysfunction that was already present at DC3, the staff and administrators that had no accountability, and were quietly driving DC3 into the ground with unethical, incompetent behavior.

I think you are right, but I don't know that Nolte is totally without fault either.
