| OK, a cop pulls Detector over, gets out of her cruiser, pulls her pants up to her crotch, saunters up to Detector's winder and asks: "You know the reason why I pulled you over?" Detector: "cuz you never got more than a C in High School?"

| no actually I am not sorry for that reply I asked a valid question lurker just gave me a reply about pulling up a skirt I just want a valid answer to what happened in court or out of court with dealing with the no headlight ticket |

| cnfusion cornfuses me; but the thought of cops wearing skirts fostered an interesting thought: would they be as eager to write tickets for minor infractions when a quick & simple warning would do?

| I plead guilty to the seatbelt and paid my fine. A court date was set for the No Headlights and when I showed up Terry Malloan(sp) asked me what was going on. I told him that my car has DRL(daylight running lights), showed him the manual proving my light had to be on, and when he saw it was 10:00am he just shook his head and dismissed all charges Including the seatbelt. I told him I was guilty of the no seatbelt but he said I shouldn't have gotten the ticket because there was no reason to stop me. The city refunded my money for the no seatbelt.
