I really don't think the folks of Greensburg give a rats ass what anyone think about his visit. I bet they are happy to see him show up - just like they were happy to see Sebelius.................... it's a supportive gesture not a photo op............ The president of the nation won't be in the way anymore than a governor. It's what is supposed to be done. You or I might verywell be in the way - our nations leader in a time of crisis is not what I consider in the way. Humanity doesn't have a political party.

Cornsidering the fact that President Bush seized the opportunity to send a tornado into Greensburg so that he could seize a photo op, I don't blame him for not opting out of the op....

He's sneaky like that, ya know. At least wordy knows a "op" when he op'ts two; and I'm glad he op'td to, too.

I heard on the evening news that he was to arrive in Greensburg around 10:45am. Has anybody heard where he is flying in to? Wichita? Garden City? Dodge City?

I’m having a little trouble visualizing Air Force One at the Dodge airport. How about the closest military base and shuttling in by helicopter maybe?

I’ll bet they don’t tell us until after the fact.

I suspect Wichita's the only airport around that can handle AF1, then a helicopter to Greensburg.

Garden City Regional Airport is plenty capable but no time would be saved by utilizing it. McConnell Air Force Base is equidistant and already has adequate security.

They're hiring a taxi from there.
