Radio ya know how it is - if folks don't work in the blue line, with the blue line, or around the blue line they don't really understand - kinda like medicine - if ya don't work in medicine ya don't really understand why folks do what they do. The neg repping sucks but just shows the character of those that do it.

You do have to have some number of posts before your rep will count. If you see a rep with a gray square instead of red or green, that was done by someone with a low or no post count.

Neg Rep should not be given to someone just because they disagree with you. It should be for those who make mean spirited remarks (unless they are geared towards Wordy..hehe)....If someone neg reps they SHOULD sign it. Maybe it could be developed that when you rep your sig automatically goes on it.

I have always liked that idea! I think it would make folks realy step to the plate rather than bite from the bushes.

I for one would like to see more speed stops down in south Dodge between 2nd. ave and the Water Sports. You should see these stupid people driving 50 - 60 mph both ways. People coming out of the trailer dump on Cherry seem to think they need to leave a strip of rubber everytime they leave their trailers. Nobody seems to care about all the kids that are down there now that school is out. And the loud loud music all hours of the day and night. And I mean the window shaking kind of music, if that is what it is called. I would even let the cops sit on our rental property and get the speeders if they wanted.

I've noticed more people driving 30-40mph on Earp since it switched to the new side. Also, seems like less patrolling on Earp since the switch. I may be wrong about that, but it seems that way to me the times I have driven down Earp.
