But a citizen with a CCH license has shown that they can hit the target just to get the CCH. Some of these drive-by's have shown me that they sometimes have trouble hitting a house. The target I shot at to qualify to get my CCH was considerably smaller.

What I would like to see is everyone put the damn guns away and come together for a couple nights of taking back our streets! Its time to put some fear back on those little ba$%^ds and about the only way I see it happening is to get about 3-5 thousand people out on the streets a couple times telling them we are not going to stand for this crap anymore! ##s speak volumes not only to the criminals but also to those in charge! If we want harsher punishments then we need to be seen as well as being heard!

I agree, Mac, but are you ready to die for your belief? Cuz they (the gangs) wouldn't hesitate to put a bullet in your heart if they felt like it. What you're proposing is to take back Dodge City with an army - fully loaded and trained to kill. It definitely will get the job done, but the cost might be more than some are willing to bear.
