Hostage on 13th

Identity theft, making false information and fraud reported at 1310 13th in the basement on daily record in this mornings paper. Surely this can't be what the hub-bub was about

Nope this was in the 700 block. That was a couple of days ago, I saw about 2-3 police cars there. That is on the corner of 13th and Ash and the basement apt. is in the back and the driveway to it is off of Ash. St.

I seen it too! I seen 4 cop cars whizzing (yes i said whizzing) by when I was leaving H & R block, than seen them again when I went to Auto zone.. all cars were there, one blocking the street..the 2 girls were behind a van w/ their guns out.. not sure what happened!

To me, anyday a DC Officer draws his/her gun, is a good day.
