Looks like another police abuse case - this one is in Wichita.

What the video shows is a Wichita Police officer coming up behind Karagianis while he is on a cell phone. The officer shoves him into a concrete flower pot. The officer is on top of Karagianis, when he begins to taser him multiple times.

I saw yesterday on the Today show or something that there is actually a new taser comming out - it has lower voltage or the voltage doesn't go to the heart, or something on that line but it's a "safer" taser - course anything is safer than a bullet in my opinion. Then again there are some that just have had thier name on a bullet for years. Just takes awhile to catch up to them.

Yeah I had problems seeing it too, but I also noticed they had videos up there for the gang stuff too. They are taking a guy to trial for gang recruitment, and possibly another for raping a 14 year old girl while being jumped in. Maybe they are finally getting something done!

I lived in Wichita a LONG time ago and there was a prisoner who broke his arm by falling off a chair during interrogation. I thought "Yeah right" but there was no investigation or even any doubts. At least nothing published.
