| I work up north and I do see PD driving up around HD's. They even sit and watch from the carwash.

| What it boils down to is a decision that you make. If you drink and drive you have a chance of getting a DUI. No one is going out and looking for a certain race to stop and arrest. They are looking for drunks that are driving. Here in Dodge we happen to have more Hispanics then anyone else. I used to be a cop and when I was on patrol if it drove like a drunk, you stopped it! If it talked and smelled like a drunk you tested it and if it failed the test you arrested it!!! Simply put drinking and driving = DUI!!!!

| DWB (driving while brown ) Racial profiling is any police or private security practice in wich aperson is treated like a suspect because of his or her race,ethnicity,nationality or religion.In fact racial profiling is the first step in a long road that leads to the heavily disproportionate incarceration of people of color. A- One,if you do not beleive there is not ,racial profiling your living in the Land Of Make Beleive.  |

Like others have said though if we are in a town/city where our population is about 70% hispanic wouldn't it make sense that 70% of the dui's are hispanic? If someone is drunk they are drunk regardless of their race. If someone is pulled over and they are not drunk they will not get hauled in for DUI. Drunk is drunk.
