| Sonny-boy got a ticket on the way to work the other day. It was spring break and there were fewer cars on the road. Normally, he goes the speed of traffic, which is way under the limit. The other day, there wasn't any other traffic, so he was just driving along. Too fast. Officer clocked him at 77 in a 65. He has no other tickets on his record, he doesn't have the faintest idea how fast he was going, so the fine will be paid and he'll be done with it. BUT, if he was sure he was NOT exceeding the speed limit, you can bet your sweet bippy I would encourage him ($$$) to take it as far as it needed to go to win. Sometimes it's not just about the money, sometimes it's just about being honest.

| By the way dutchman I am not referring to you when I say that last statement I said. I am referring to anyone who fights a ticket. FYI

| Have you taken your car to a auto shop to have your odomoteter checked? I got pulled over on the highway and the deupty said I was doing 74, but my speedometer said 70 (I had the cruise set). I know, it's still over 65 and I was speeding and deserved a ticket. I was baffled, but stayed polite, and fortunately he gave me a warning, and suggested I get it checked. He was right--they had to reset my speedometer. |

| Howdy Miss K! Where you been hiding?? Also, if you have tires, that are not the original size from the manufacturer, it will effect your speedometer. I have been nailed because of this before. |

| Good advice........but I seriously doubt my odometer is off by 21 miles an hour.
