| What's going on???? What is going on down on south 2nd? SORT team out sniper out....2nd shift out....Auxiliary out 2nd blocked off at McArtor. Anyone know?     |

| Dunno, all I know is my husband got called out too for SORT, the girls at work said something about a guy baracaided with a gun in a car or around a car or something. Oh and they said he's crazy! Last edited by 357 mag; 08-15-2008 at 04:18 PM.. Reason: added sentence |

| Can't even get close to this Car Wash. This is the car wash on 2nd st just south of Macartor Rd. It looks as if a person is in the 1st or 2nd wash bay with the doors down on both sides. Listening to scanner and it sounds like they are getting ready to see if they can go in. Must be using a camera. Also looking to see how much room to get over the door?? Quite a site with Troopers, Sherriffs and City officers. Ambulance on Stand-by at Macgourks Chev.

| They are now calling in the fire dpt to bring an extension ladder that they can use. Negotiators aren't sure where they need to set up. Need water for the officers that are enclosed. Report to command center....

| I would imagine that teargas in an enclosed area such as that would be very effective. I am assuming that there is either a suicide situation or hostage... ya gotta love speculating.... from the scanner: ..(nearly audible) "we need 222 on the east side"... ? is 222 the interpretor ? I ask in a speculative manner
