I sadly have no money to buy my own weapons right now. I'm stuck with the rifle and shotgun I have owned for 10 years. I would love to get an XD, or an M&P soon. I like them very much too.

Welcome to the site and post often. You sound like the kind of person that would be good in Dodge - somebody coming from some place worse to work in. That definitely makes for a happier cop! Good luck and if it doesn't work out, come on up to Kansas City - we could use a good cop or two!

I gotta go with Wordy on this one...I used to own a glock .40 cal compact. This time around I was looking at Glocks again because I always had a woody for them. Once I got a hold of the XD it was love at first shot...:) This is a GREAT weapon. I have put about 700 rounds through it with no issue. It feels great and handles well....and it decently priced.

It's like an American Express card....."you don't leave home without it".
