I love it when desperation brings the fundies to this track. Trying to belittle someone so they will be afraid to speak up for fear of being labled as U.S. Haters.

I've said it before but here's the refresher on this one...

Fundies love the U.S. like a child loves its mother - blindly. Mother can do no wrong and anyone who says she can is a bad person worthy of disdain and anger.

Progressives love the U.S. but in a different way. It's more like a careing loving relationship where two people love each other with all their hearts. They know they aren't perfect but that love allowes them to see the flaws they both have and work to make a stronger relationship.

It's not hate to want to do better. But it is self destructive to love blindly.

It's not about being critical of the people in charge. WE NEED that to keep things in balance. There has to be balance. It is ONE thing to be critical but is another to SIDE with enemie's. When you speak out AGAINST the U.S. and FOR our enemies you are not being critical of Bush per say but against our country and what it stands for. You are giving comfort to the enemy. Cindy Sheehan has said some REALLY stupid things in her 15 minutes of fame. You can disagree and be critical of the party in charge without siding with our enemies. Just because I didn't like the fact that Clinton was too busy shoving cigars in Monica's vagina to do anything about the terrorist acts that happened on his watch with no response doesn't mean I was going to say HE was a terrorist or was I going to say that I'm glad Osama or any other terrorist stood up to him.

Ms Cindy is an embarresement to her son't memory. She drags the Dems down everytime they promote her. Granted we at times have had some embaresements as well but I don't think we have had anyone praise a comunist president that only wishes ill for our country..... psst.... the democratics country too.......... trust me - if some of the friends she and others have made ran this country she sure wouldn't be actin a fool - she'd be dead.

I don't feel she is very respectful of the men and women that give her the right to act stupid and disgrace the memory of those that have died for her freedom - including her own son.
