Illegal marches may be a good thing!

This is just a thought..but in a way the illegal criminal marches have done something good. It is slowwwwwwly starting to unify Americans. (some will never unify because they hate their country) I think the illegal criminals that have 'lived in the shadows" coming out of the shadows and getting in our face might be a BIG mistake in the long run. The marches that they have done so far have just returned NEGATIVE results. More are being deported, private citizens groups paying for a fence, more people volunteering to support the minute men group, local law enforcement cracking down on illegals and just overall a negative opinion of them. People have always had a distaste for illegals and what they do to our economy but now it's center stage and they may not get a positive effect from that. The Republicans poll #'s are down and most of mainstream, hardworking America wants the borders secure. The Repubs should jump on this issue and do it. They do NOT need the hispanic vote to win the election just like they didn't need the black vote or a majority of the female vote. The only vote they NEED to take the majority of is the white male. Can't win without that vote!

I think the winner will be the one with a plan............. hell Sherriff Joe sounds good to me...... but I do know there are many more issues than just border control. I do however feel it will be the main issue - on the pyarmid of issues....................

The Reagan amnesty was supposed to be for about 1 million. It became 3 million when it was over and done. A lesson that needs to be paid attention to with the current levels at 12 million and growing.

Here is what I think should be mandatory for every bleeding heart that opposes securing our border. If you oppose it you will be required to take every lock off of every door in your home and open your "border" to anybody who wants to come in at anytime of the day or night.

When the attorney general uses terms as this in a Congressional hearing?

For the Repubs to jump on this issue would require an open revolt with George II, tho I have to admit I find that possibility refreshing and a sign that maybe things aren't so polarized after all.
