| I agree with you Detector. I cant stand the people that smoke and think that they are all that and everybody needs to bow down to them to make THEM happy. I think that is bull. Why cant they have the decency to go outside to smoke or go to a designated smoking area. Why should us NON smokers have to go outside or choose not to go to this place or that place because of the smokers? I believe that if a bar decided to go totally non smoking .. and someone across the street had a bar that was exactly the same and was FOR smokers, they would both do great business. Personally I would love to go to and would continue to go the bar that totally baned smoking. Smoking is dirty, filthy, unhealthy, and disgusting. I think it is just crazy that we have to defend ourselves because we want to be clean and healthy.     |

| I think that is the argument here, why should non-smokers get treated better that smokers and vice-versa. I think it is always gonna boil down to your opinion and wether or not your a smoker and an area with more non-smokers than smokers will get a ban passed, but an area with more smokers than non won't get that ban passed.

| I disagree, the argument here is that government needs to keep it's nose out of the business and let the business owner decide what they want to do.
