sock puppet=a fake user or users controlled by another user.

An example might be, that my username, bubba posts on the board, then I log off and log back on using the name of {whatevername} and reply to my own post that I posted as bubba, then log off and log back on using {adifferentname} and post something in response to bubba and whatevername. So it appears that there are three users talking about a subject, when in reality it is only one.

timestamp=the day and time that a post is made.

What was being pointed out was that posts appeared on the Drudge Forum then at a later date and/or time they would show up on DCT as being posted on that board.

Also replies on DCT from real folks like Wordy would show up on Drudge at a later time. That’s what made it apparent which way it was going.
