Anyone pay attention to what goes on across the street? Since we left there’s been a few new members show up for nice political conversations. Well folks, it’s all a big bunch of stuff.

That’s right, it’s phony. The new members are all sockpuppets copied from another forum. Names, avatars and even sig lines. Stolen threads copied /pasted to make the place look busy. Replies from real folks like Wordy get copied to the other forum under the name of John Q Public. (Where have I heard that handle before?)

I am truly worried about John Q Public, who we all know to be Lowell, the owner of DCT. The fact that he would conjur up such a scheme to make DCT look alive is troublesome.

So far I’ve found at least eight sock puppets. I’ve seen several posts by DCV and Wordy copied and posted on the other board by John Q. I’ve checked the time stamps and the sock puppets post on DCT after it’s posted on Drudge and the posts copied from real folks on DCT are posted on Drudge afterward.

So the name of the board "DODGECITYtalk" which denotes talk from Dodge City, wasn't even from the state of Kansas? No wonder the discussions became so political and non-regional. They had to, to fit the hoax.

I'd feel duped if I was Bubba, Wordy and all the other genuine posters that thought they were talking with users on DCT.
