A & W: Doomed?

Ya gotta be realistic Booger, we can't go eat there just to help him if the foods not good. Too many places in Dodge where the food is good.

The whole reason why I stopped in the first place was cause I saw no cars in the lot and felt sorry for them. After I got the food, I felt more sorry for me.

He's the only one that can help.

If I was sinkin like that, I'd go car to car and ask for opinions on the food to get to the bottom of the problem, or put surveys on the sacks.

The answer does not lie with a dancing bear. Don't take it so personally.

I haven't been back in a long time, the times we were there, couldn't understand the person taken our order and parently couldn't understand us and we recieved the wrong order, was not a one time deal either. So I gave them a few chances to correct that problem so the hell with em, will keep going to the Thai place.

I have had "all of the above"! On top of that, last time I went there I went thru the drive thru, and couldn't even get waited on. They had screwed up the order ahead of me so bad, that they never answered the speaker. I finally got mad and left. As I drove by the window, they were still arguing with the customer before me about the screw up!! LIke you all say, I am for Eric and A*W, but he should manage or hire better managers!! I passed info back to him. If he doesn't correct it, then that's his problem.

I haven't ate at A&W in a long time. My problem wasn't with the food as much as the service. My experience with the drive threw was terrible. I couldn't understand them and they couldn't understand me. We ended up driving up to the window to give our order.

There was music(Mexican) so loud we still had a hard time communicating. We figured it was because the boss must be gone but noticed a person in some kind of manager outfit standing right behind the people taking our order. Out of the times we went to A&W we got the right order once. We've never been back since.

I think A&W will be held to a little higher standard than other fast food places by patrons. They need to step out front a read their sign again and take note to the word "America's."

Maybe someone could go - ask for the manager and route him to DodgeBoard.com - would be the best "tip" he'll ever get. Folks pay thousands for this kinda input................

NO offense here.. but i wish they would open a Sonic up north somewhere. Im sure that would do more business than A&W.

We "go back" and try again about once a month because we like A&W (I just looooove hearing the Elvis music they play inside)....Each time it's about the same....avg to poor. This time the guy in charge was pretty squared away but the food is still just average at best. We go back monthly hoping for a change but before long we'll give up..like most.

I would say that if you do have a problem it's good to bring it to their attention, that is how you make things better. I had a problem at Burger King the other day with employee's smoking inside while they were working. (Go figure) I called the regional manager in Garden City.

i never had a problem at a & w. food was good and ordering was very simple. That was months ago however. I love the place, rootbear floats, can't go wrong.

I live up North so I hate going all the way down to the sonic. Last night for the first time I tried Quizno's. IT was great all the way! Nothing to complain about....plus I get a 25% military discount...HOoooooahh!
