| I eat there about once a week. Never had a problem with an order. The food is OK. Fast food is never good.

| I had to give them a FAIR vote. My first visit(grand opening) was great but my other 3 visits were fair to poor. The food was OK it was the service I had issues with. Although I swore I'd never eat there again I guess I should give it one more try.

It's all on how you spin it. You could say 20% Great and 70% fair to poor. Personally if I ran an eating establishment I would not be content with average. Average means just ok. Average doesn't bring people back or create loyalty. Average means people eat their for convienence. Average means people don't talk about your establishment and say "go eat there it's great". No one says...hey this place is AVERAGE, you should try it sometime. No, I would not be happy with average. I would look at this as 20% of the people thing it's great....and 70% says it needs to improve. Of the 20% that think it's great you have to wonder how many either work there or have a friend that works there or some tie to the place. I also agree with Lurker that it is in a PRIME location and that they should be hoppin a lot there. Drive by the sonic in the evening or at lunch. You can't find a spot and they have to contend with construction and traffic and such. Just my 2 Cents.
