| When I first moved to Dodge City in October of 2005, I worked at Montana Mikes as a server for about a month. If I recollect, the bartenders were the rudest people I had ever met! But anyways, about the salad, I can guarantee she was probably running around like a crazy person making drinks and serving her section am I correct? I do not agree with the policy that they have for the bartenders. They are allowed to bartend, serve all the bar customers, prepare all to-go orders, and on top of all that, they have their own section of tables to serve! No wonder she is making mistakes! Maybe if they were to cut down the amount of tables that the bartenders were allowed to take, they wouldn't make a horrible mistake like this one! They should let the servers take the tables near the bar so the bartenders can focus on their drinks (they already cost a million dollars a drink), and give better service! But then again that's just my opinion. Maybe they will realize that when they get the Health Dept. after them...make sure you let them know that it was a bartender and tell them about how busy she was...ram it in there hard buddy! OH and by the way, I quit because I was only getting 1 shift a week...and when I did work, I only got 3 tables...C'mon now! I am an experienced waitress with 3 years under my belt + restaurant management!! That place is a joke!

| Nope...I have only lived in one house here in Dodge so far and it's way on the East side of town.

| Anyone who has ever worked in the restaurant biz knows the First Cardinal Rule of Spilling Food In Front of Customers: Take it back to the kitchen area, close the door and THEN put it on a fresh plate or container. Serve with a smile.  |

| FWIW I talked to the manager last night and again today with a follow up. He said he corrected the situation and it should have never happened. He again tried to pawn off some free dinner cards on me but I declined. The bad thing is that I eat there a lot...love to talk and they know me.... =) He handled it to my satisfaction though.
