| Why would I be upset that you would find any statement I type as wrong? I'm not excempt from being disagreed with. In your eyes perhaps but trust me I have been disagreed with. I don't know why you take such offense to the post. Hell all I'm saying is it isn't journalistic news. In my opinion it cheapens Fox but hey they are makin money on it. You have to cater to your customer. They have found a way to do that. Good for them. It's entertainment with a hint of factual news. It's slanted and I watch it for a laugh. Is that so bad? Let it go AOO........... it's gettin old - I'm not holding a grudge and I'm not gonna have a pissin match with you. It's entertainment IMHO. It can be whatever you want it to be to you - with my blessing. Good Lord dude - calm down!

| Well now that we know that your plan is to just bird dog me........... ok If that's what floats your boat. Enjoy! Try to be tactful - I didn't intend to say it's portrayed as news but it is apparently it taken that way by some. I do know it's enterainment. I just like my news seperate - there are folks that do. "FWIW the Daily Show who does a comedy spin of the news is taken by a lot of people, especially younger people as their source of news..." I gathered that it was an alternative to the show quoted above by you. Not a big deal Army.............. everyone is entitled to an opinion. Have a great day here at Dodgeboard! - I agree with quite a few of your ideas and opinions - but then that's just me and I don't know much!!

| I think they have adults viewing too - everyone liking the same thing for a different reason - it's agood thing! I enjoy it actually - the twists are entertaining but the stories are news stories non the same. Then again I was a regular SNL watcher and the news was my favorite spot! Course that was in the day of Belushi, Curtain, Radner, and Chase.

| Amen Texie! Those were the days with SNL...I'm laughing just thinking about it! I guess my concept of a newscast is one that reveals something unknown and makes you contemplate what it means to you. One could watch CNN or FOX or CBS or Comedy Central all the time but it will mean nothing if something doesn't perk your interest and force you to think outside your sphere of the world. |

| On that I whole heartedly agree - it gets boring being in the same rut all the time. It's important to get out and see the world some! That's the great thing about the internet - there are stories from all over!! It's not all just Washington!

| Relax Pal. I never said you are a traitor if you make fun of the pres. I like Bush Jokes as much as the next guy. Hell I love political cartoons and satire. He does a lot of stuff that is funny....and fodder for joke.. I agree, if the Daily Show is a news source for kids...so what..it's fine with me. I have even watched it...once. I never said it has no informative value, where did you get that?
