Anti-Bushies Exploiting Va Tech

How very sad to hear on the news and talk shows of how people that are anti-Bush equate the massacre at Va. Tech with the war in Iraq. People are even blaming Bush for the shootings.

How sad is it that people will take this sad occassion and exploit it for their own political agendas! There are some really sick people out there. There is NO corelation between the war in Iraq and what happened in Blacksburg. There is no one to blame, EXCEPT the shooter. For those blaming society and how we need to change, go ahead and change it. Use other launching pads for your political agendas.

Oh that's not all they are saying...

They are now complaining about him getting there so quickly when it took him days to get to New Orleans during Katrina.

It IS SAD that they will take every opportunity to take a jab at him!!

As far as his timelyness....He is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't! They would have complained had he taken longer too...

On another note....Did you hear that Hillary met with the Nappy Headed Ho's... Early attempts at "shoring up her base constituancy"

When asked, she had no intention of meeting with the recently aquited Duke Players. Obviously cause they are rich little white kids.

I fear we are cruisin towards our 2nd Orio president (black on the outside, white on the inside).

Kind of like all the posts in the other section saying students carrying might have prevented this? It's normal human intercourse accross the entire spectrum and suppose what might have been done to prevent it and what societal ills caused the shooter to shoot. That in today's world of blogs, internet news, and email that fruitcakes of all shapes get their voices heard does not a consensus for change make.

Aw heck and speaking of agendas, I'm sure by now some lawyer is drawing up (if its not been filed already) the lawsuit against the University for not locking the place down,

I 100% agree. I haven't heard the criticisms of Bush with respect to the VT shootings, but if it's happening, it's ridiculous. I didn't see Bush's speech yesterday, but I've heard it was very well done. Please don't think that all of us to your political left are as stupid as those you are complaining about here. Extremists suck no matter what side they're on.

I was very frustrated yesterday at the media's constant attempts to get those involved at VT to criticize the university administration's slowness to react after the first shootings. Everyone they interviewed had to face some type of leading question about outrage over the failures of the school leaders. Thankfully, I never saw any of the students or anyone else take the bait.

We seem to have a need in this country for a scapegoat whenever anything goes wrong. How about just point the finger at the person responsible: the damn guy with the guns? If someone goes that batsh** crazy and wants to do something like that, there's very little we can realistically do to stop them.

What the heck did the Rutgers women's basketball team do to deserve your wrath? Be pissed if you want about Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, the media coverage of the scandal, etc. But seriously, what did these women do that would cause you to say this?

While I wouldn't expect any less from Jackson and Sharpton, I feel the team willingly allowed themselves to be tools by these fools. In the spirit of sportsmanship the team should have known better.

I hope this tragedy will open the eyes of our school system so they take death threats by students more serious.
