Question about Latino Clubs

I think sometimes the hispanic clubs also rent their places out on Sundays for private parties and such.

I think Bubba is right on the percentage of food. I used to play a Bar in Aggieville called "Brothers". Once a month, they looked at the percentage of food they needed to qaulify, and then ordered Pizza's from across the street. They didn't actually re-sell they pizzas, they gave them away to patrons coming in to drink. Can you imagine all the hungry KSU kids crowding in a place that served god knows how many free pizzas in one night. All they had to do was show the money spent on the pizzas was equal to the percentage needed for them to qualify as a food service.

A long, long time ago and in a land not very far away, saloons were too stiff a'competition for the genteel society (and their weaker husbands) so laws were enacted to stop the boozin' and whorin' and opium usin' that prevailed during Dodge City's illustrious past....
