There were many in the previous administration that used ‘I don’t recall’, 'I don't remember' or similar. I believe Bill has the record with over 270 times during the Paula Jones testimony.

Looking back over the last 15 years it’s more like a typical politician. Republicans are amateurs at this compared to the Democrats in the 90’s.
