Open question to the Daily Globe
Why is it that you don't report public information about police reports in Dodge City? But, this is considered news since it has been in the online edition for the past several days...

It seems to me the priorities at the newspaper are a little screwed up when Bingo is local news and public police records about what is happening in our town is not.

I have noticed over the past few days, the Globe has been publishing the names and crimes of those that have been booked into the Ford County Jail. That is a welcome addition and I love to read them! (As long as my name is never there!) I'll renew my subscription just to see who's been thrown in the jail!

What's wrong with the paper allowing a local agency space for upcoming/current events? I don't do Bingo, but know that many people do. I would be upset if a paper didn't allow that kind of item.

The blobe had a huge (for them, anyway) story about the cops capturing someone who was driving a vehicle with expired Texas tags.




Still nothing in that rag about the gang fight "near" that little park where some gang'sta had a huge can of "woopass" dumped on him....
