Feds funding Spanish company for Biofuel??

Well, sorta.
It all started many years ago with a company called AGR (American Gasohol Refiners). That company changed it's name to High Plains corporation in '83..
Then in '02 it was acquired by the Spanish firm Abengoa.

This company is the number one builder of alcohol plants. Unfortunately, they don't use any local businesses. They bring most everything in from the outside.

Its ok, it is a Spanish Company, Not Mexican. I don't remember the Us having problems with illegal immigration from Spain.

Added bonus is that most Spainards are acutally White

What about the $6 gasoline that they want with Senate Bill 1419 by the ranking Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, Charles Grassley of Iowa, and others (Gordon Smith of Oregon, Olympia Snowe of Maine and Pat Roberts of Kansas, all Republican). They want to fund the production and use of ethanol by taxing gasoline!
