I think most govt programs that "teach" anything to an underprivilidged group - you will find are probably more often than not - the brainchild of a Democrat.

You think that because Republicans do not believe in a government controlled welfare system that translates into republicans not caring if people can feed themselves, not only is that wrong its actually pretty libelous. Anyways Republicans believe in the ability of Americans to give of there own free will and heart to those in need, like what was done for millenia until Das Kapital was written.
