| Churches that support this kind of stuff should have their tax exemption status removed..........that way they can start paying the taxes that go to support programs like Welfare, Medicare, etc......

| Sad thing to Army is more members don't always mean more money. These are the wrong types of "financial giving" members. Sure, they may number 1000, but when they only give $1, you still only get $1000. Now, little old lady that sits in the pew every weekend will contribute that much about every month or so. Our church had a pastor that thought the same as you and catered towards them (ie, more people = more money). They quickly found out that if you piss off the wrong people, your church will fold fast. So, now it's done out of sight of the Anglos. |

| I have mixed feelings on the church thing. I think being here illegally is wrong BUT at the door of a church there shouldn't be someone checking citizenship. People should be allowed to worship regardless of their immigrant status. NOW as far as the church helping them take advantage of our system...well that's another story. Also...do you blame those that take advantage of our system or do you blame those who have created a system that has so many holes in it that people can do that?
