Actually, it's not the "radical Muslim World" ideas, nor does it have anything to do with Allah..

I believe back in the 'olden' days, they took care of criminals in a fashion that frightened most others to not desire what might happen to them as well.

I highly doubt that offering a nice air conditioned cell block, some cable tv, work out rooms, internet, and three meals a day... makes a criminal think twice about their actions.

Not everyone gets three meals a day, ya know?

I don't think the driver should get a ticket for an adult. Course with $150 ticket........... could that "passanger" have been a kid??? For which the driver is responsible? I don't think how the name is on the ticket has much to do with the DL # or the reason the ticket was given.

We ticket the passanger for infractions not the driver. Not all adult passangers conform so they get the ticket.

To be fair to the officer, he might have actually had a reason that he didn't feel was bullsh*t to pull the kid over. Sure you might not like it, but shouldn't you be happy that he's trying to make sure everyone is out there safe? It might have been a drunk driver, rather than your stepson in the car he pulled over, you'ld have been grateful then.

If you follow the rules, then they don't come back to bite you on the a$$!!!!

The way I read it is that seat belts are required for front seat passengers...

All front seat occupants unless specifically exempted.

If that isn't right, this part of the law is really clear...

Passengers must be cited separately from drivers.

The reputation tracking sh!t should be scrapped. A new poster doesn't have a chance in hell to gain any significant reputation. How do I know? Because "sunny beach" is actually Bubba. Bubba had to leave Dodgeboard, and at that time sunny beach was created to remain anonymous. As sunny beach, I have posted the same types of views that I did as Bubba. Bubba was liked and respected on Dodgeboard, or so I thought due to all the good reputation I recieved as Bubba. But now, posting the same views as sunny beach, I am a bastard that receives negative reputation on a regular basis. I am done with the bullshit, and hypocrisy that is abundant on this board.

Have fun posting all the meaningless sh!t that you think makes a difference in this community. I am done with it all.
