Look at the time you posted the above post! It's 5:52am, duh, they aren't to work yet to fix it. I just checked the site at 12:20pm and logged in and everything worked perfectly. Looks like to me that once they got to the office this morning and realized there was a problem, they got it fixed in no time....

I strongly doubt that they disabled their online pay webpage on a Sunday. My first guess would be that it went down sometime over the weekend and since they aren't physically there, they had no idea that there was a problem. Since it is up and running early in the day on Monday, I would also guess that as soon as they found out there was a problem with the page they fixed it.

Problem solved.

As far as Vista OS, you're on your own. If it was me I would take it back and demand a Windows XP Pro OS to replace it....

More information

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
Be it Vista or Windows Xp, Tee and I are just not getting into their 5th grade website.

I'll mail them a check and pray for their website and their electrical service to not falter. I am giving up for this month.
