Aaron's Rent to Own may be building at the corner of 14th and Linn. It would be about a 8,000 square foot building with Furniture, Electronics, Computers and Home Appliances for rent and sale.

No word at all about a Target.

Isn't Aarons like one of those other places like a rent a center where they sell you a 400.00 washer for 1000.00. They prey off of people with poor credit or no credit. They will make a fortune here in Dodge.

That's old news. They bought that property several months ago. Looks like it will take alot of dirt work.

On another note. The house North of Hobby Lobby got bought by the Western State Bank of Garden City. Will build a bank building there.

When is Eric going to open LJS?

The city fathers had no problem waiving the "restricted access" along 14th for this business. another driveway opening on to 14th, next to the impossible access to Linn School.
