| Apples and oranges...what Bush did in the early 70's has nothing to do with what's he's doing now. Again...I could care less that Bush or Clinton tried drugs in their early years. NOW...if Bush was padding his pockets with Chinese money in exchange for favors I might have a problem with that. If he was f**king one of his interns and being accused of rape and lying about that WHILE in office yes I would have a problem with it. If the guy gets a DUI while in office I would have a problem with it.

| it is apples and oranges because you can't do anything about GW's supposed drug useage, statute of limitations and all. Clinton was also being sued for sexual harrasment WHILE president. Now, if GW is being accused of doing coke while in office, and doing it in the oval office, you have a point. You also fail to remember that because of all the scandals Clinton was in a "wag the dog" situation. He was rendered innefectual in any foriegn policy needing Military action because if he did do anything it would look like he was trying to divert attention away from his personal problems. Because he would put himself in this position, to me, that makes him a piss poor leader and president. While GW does lie, we all know he does because any high ranking politician lies, at least his personal conduct does not interfere with his being president.

If you complain about Bush and wire taps, were you complaining about it when Clinton was doing it? If you complain about the Patriot Act were you objecting when Clinton was trying to get a similar act passed? If you complain about Bush doing Guard duty instead of full active duty did you have a problem with Clinton breaking his deal with ROTC and skipping all duty? Can you explain why Clinton often appeared to have a ‘snow nose’? BTW, about a dozen people when to jail over the Whitewater land fraud that the Clinton’s were involved in.

I have an ally in the house !!!!! I love it. It may be true that Clinton is still a womanizer. What exactly is a womanizer? A lover of women ? Noun 1. womanizer - a man who likes many women and has short sexual relationships with them philanderer, womaniser Casanova - any man noted for his amorous adventures Don Juan - any successful womanizer (after the legendary profligate Spanish nobleman) debauchee, libertine, rounder - a dissolute person; usually a man who is morally unrestrained Lothario - a successful womanizer; a man who behaves selfishly in his sexual relationships with women adult male, man - an adult person who is male (as opposed to a woman); "there were two women and six men on the bus" masher, skirt chaser, woman chaser, wolf - a man who is aggressive in making amorous advances to women Like I said in other posts, I do think he has alot of groupies that would be more than willing to bed him down......................... You know sorta like President Kennedy. That little flaw in his personality had no effect on his ability to govern. Dang sure didn't make him a bad guy. AND HE WAS CATHOLIC. ![]() I don't know why Clinton wanted Monica under the desk when he was talking to someone at the Pentagon. I think some folk enjoy a risk factor. I dunno, I always enjoy a risk factor my own damn self............. Kinda like the feeling you get when you are making love at your CONSERVATIVE in-laws house. I guess my LIBERAL view of it is because of Kennedy. You can still have great moral values, THE SEX THING IS VERY HARD TO CONQUER.

| Not many know about this. But did you know that GW is a direct decendent on his mothers side to Franklin Pierce (our 14th President). Barbara Bush - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Franklin Pierce is, to this day, considered the Worst President is U.S. History. Its all coming around full circle. Damn genetics getting in the way. Just so you know, Franklin Pierce was elected because of a biography written about him by a college friend. The college friend that wrote the biography was one of the single most famous writers in American History. And, at the time, that author was a modern day equivalent to J.K. Rowling. (I know she isn't an American but her fame is on equal scale) Who was he? Nathaniel Hawthorne, author of "The Scarlet Letter", "The House of Seven Gables", and of course "The Life of Franklin Pierce". Franklin pierce was a life-long alchoholic and it destroyed his marriage. He was the only Republican candidate to not receive a nomination for reelection. He later joined the Confederacy. Now, I'll admit that GW received a second nomination...sadly. But it just tells me that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. YWS - Back after to damn long.
