I see more depressing news on the front page of todays Globe.

"The elementary schools have an Hispanic population of around 80 percent."

80%...knock knock knock. Do the math for the future of dodge.

Americans can do some really stupid things. I visualize a stranger knocking at the door asking to come in out of the rain. The good natured American invites him in only to have his family robbed and then murdered.

Dodge City IS a sanctuary city.

And with a few more sanctuary cities in Kansas, Kansas then becomes a sanctuary state. Enough states and we become a sanctuary country. Its a simple process that seems to be working very well.

Take over by majority rule.

Did you know....25%, that's ONE out of every FOUR students at DCHS are ESL. ONE OUT OF FOUR!

I wonder how many of the kids going to school here are illegal. I know the school can't/doesn't ask that but how many of those illegal kids parents are getting them free/reduced lunches.

We (I wasn't here when it happened) brought this situation on ourselves though. When the city/county allowed the meat packing plants in and the plants in the Garden City/Holcomb area you just invited the flow and upkeep of illegals. SURE the plants will tell you "we don't hire illegals"...hell no, they have fake or stolen documents that you don't verify. Ask the plant's how many NO SSN MATCH letters they get a month that they do NOTHING with. The city ASKED for this situation when they approved and continue to cater to the packing plants. As LONG as they are here there will be illegals, gang issues, school issues, social issues etc. I'm not saying that we wouldn't have those problems ANYWAY but not on the level that we do now.

Let me qualify that a bit more, so that you are not under the impression that you could rape someone here, be deported to another country and then roam around freely.

As I recall the deportation law states something along the lines that you will stand trail and serve prison time here for your crime, THEN be deported. Point is, that on completion of your prison sentence here (which by definition means you were found guilty of the crime for which you were tried) you are put on a plane out of the country - and you have no right to appeal.
