| While 26 million is a lot of money for most of us, it's not very much in the terms of a box office hit. The competition wasn't much either. I heard it on the news where they were calling it a flop. | You do realize the Narnia books are based on Christian beliefs and the lion is based solely on Jesus? Did I hear the Christian groups warning people about that? No I didn't. If one is so worried that their children will read these books and suddenly become bible burning Satanists.....then they have not been teaching their children very well.
