| New assistant at Walmart...on the job! Last night I fought the cold rain to go to Walmart. (ugh) When I got inside there were ZERO carts. I politely asked the lady at the door where all the carts were. She replied that they were outside and if I wanted one I would have to go out and get one. (*gasp) I asked her where the cart pushers were and she said they didn't have any tonight. I looked around the store and said I see a whole lot of potential cart pushers. I said.."do you have a manager"? she said yes. Then I said, "well there's one cart pusher right there". I went over to two ladies with radio's intheir hand and asked for a manager. One of them was the new assistant. I told her what had transpired. She went over and got on the door greeter and then was on her radio and in about 3 minutes had 4 or 5 people getting carts. I believe she went out to help. I told her she was squared away and too bad her employees didn't give a sh*t like she does.

| You are right she only did something about it once she knew about it. You can't fix it if you do not know it is broke. I think the important thing is that she did something about it. I admit that the Asst. Manager should walk around and check on things but working with dumb a**es I am sure she gets tied up dealing with issue after issue. If the lady at the door would have given a sh*t, she would have told whomever she needed to when the carts were getting low. I know that they make sh*t for money but if they do not like their job then quit and get a job they can handle. I know it is hard to greet people when the enter and leave the store and realize the carts are getting low better let someone know.

| I went to Wal-Mart tonight and when I walked in......NO CARTS. I asked the young lady where the carts were and she said out side. I asked her if I could talk to the Asst. Manager to let her know. The greeter told me that the AM was aware of the cart issue and that cart pushers were in the process of bringing them in. Maybe the employees learned a lesson last night.
